Hi there.

I need your help. I had several Sway files, which I've been using for my Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert discussion and work. It's been years (since 2016) since I made, modified, and used those files, and when I checked it, it's all gone.

My name is E****a C. B****n, and I am a Faculty from D*****l School. I hope to be able to be given some resolutions regarding this matter soon. I need these files badly.

Thank you.

    Dear EmieBay,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community! We're happy to assist you.

We’re sorry to hear that several Sway files are missing unexpectedly. We do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

Please navigate to Deleted tab to check if any Sway files can be found or restored there.

If you cannot find the missing Sway files from the Deleted tab, the best way to troubleshoot the situation further is to contact related team who has higher permission to remotely assist you and help you look for other ways to restore the file.

In this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator if you are not the admin, follow steps in this article, raise a support ticket and contact Microsoft related team. The support team there can help check the situation directly, involve more resources to check if this can be restored from backend. his would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.
