    Hi Leo Akari

I'm glad you replied to my message.

Sorry, Android phones are not Microsoft products, and there are so many models of Android phones that it's hard for the Microsoft community to provide effective third-party technical support。

But you can download a new browser software, you will be asked by the software whether to set it as the new default browser when you use the new browser for the first time. You set the new browser as the default browser.

I suggest you download the edge browser on Google play. After my test this software works.

    Download Microsoft Edge

If this method also doesn't work, I suggest you copy the link and paste it to visit it on your browser.

If none of the above works, there's something wrong with your phone.so you'll need to go to the official website of the branded mobile phone and ask how to set the default browser, or you'll need to send your phone to the manufacturer of the mobile phone to have the system repaired.

I really want to help you to overcome the problem, but this is about android mobile phone problem, not Microsoft products caused by the problem, Microsoft community mainly provide office software use problems, Microsoft can not provide third party technology and can not afford the third party caused by the bad impression, I hope you can understand.

    Best regards.

    Merry Christmas. Leo Akari

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I would be honored to help you with your problem.

I realize that you've encountered a problem of Microsoft 365.

Based on the information you have provided.

Your issue is not caused by Microsoft 365, but by the fact that you have not set a default browser on your phone, or you do not have a browser on your phone.

As Microsoft community mainly provides technology and support for office, it is difficult to provide you with technology and support for Android phones as Android and Android phones are not Microsoft products.

Here are some alternatives you can try:

Copy the link on the file, open the browser of your phone and paste the path on the browser to access it.

Or you can download a chrome browser on Google play and see if your problem is solved.

You can also reinstall Microsoft 365 in Google play to see if there is an issue

    Best regards.
