I have tried everything from shortcuts to clicking on the VIEW tab and even the PRINT option but I don’t see the outline view option. I would like to turn my PowerPoints into an outline to make study guides, someone please help.

    Dear Kittylove777,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand how important it is to have access to the Outline View in PowerPoint for your study guides.

Unfortunately, the Outline View option is not available in the PowerPoint app for iPad. This feature is currently only accessible on the Windows and Mac desktop versions of PowerPoint.

However, you can still create an outline by following these steps:

    • Open your presentation on your iPad.
    • Copy the text from each slide.
    • Paste the text into a note-taking app or a Word document to create your outline manually.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have access to a desktop computer, you can use the Outline View feature there to streamline the process.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

    Best regards,

    Sophia
