I'm unable to add my microsoft account for my uni to my onedrive or Microsoft 365 app on my phonr

My phone has restarted multiple times it is not my phone this error has occurred every time I try to sign in and I just gave up.

I am able to sign in Office 365 portal on my laptop and my phone yes, but not on the Outlook or M365 copilot app itself.

I am not sure of the other students, I haven't heard of any problems on their side. I was able to add my email on the Gmail app but I really wanted to be able to access my OneDrive on my phone.

Seems the issue is affecting several applications, we strongly recommend that you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator and submit a support request to Microsoft Online Support by following the steps in this article.  The support team has high-level permissions to review the back-end logs and assist with more effective troubleshooting.
