Problem movie shapes or object in Microsoft Visio

I have never had this issue before using Visio for 6 years but as of yesterday whenever I attempt to move a text object, shape, etc in Visio with my mouse, as I start to move the shape it appears outside the page on the bottom left even though the object is no where near there. Previously I could select the object, right where it is, and move it directly to where I want. Microsoft tech support is a joke - I cant even get them to respond to the online chat to help resolve this issue. Anyone that can help would be much appreciated!!!
