    Dear Realm Team

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you

I want to confirm if this phenomenon occurs in a specific PowerPoint file? You can create a new presentation to test, and if the new file is fine, I recommend copying and pasting the contents of the old presentation into the new one manually.

If the error message appears in multiple files, I would like to ask you to try uploading the file to OneDrive, then accessthe Office portalthrough the browser, log in to the account, and check whether this problem also occurs when PowerPoint opens the file on the web side. This helps me determine if the problem is caused by the application.

I look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Have a good day!

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
