I got a license of Visio 2024 professional and added it to my office account - but cannot install it

Hi there,

I add a Visio 2024 professional one time purchase license to my office account. The license was added and going to https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/microsoft-365/p/visio-professional-2024/cfq7ttc0prmb it says "you already purchased it - install" (translated from german). When I click on it, it downloads a office installer but Visio never shows up.

What can I do?!

    1. Are you having issue with Mac or Windows device? Please note that Visio desktop app is for Windows only currently.
    2. Is there any Office suite installed on the device? If yes, please share your Office version with us. Please take a screenshot with the steps shared in What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support.
    3. If using Windows device, we'd also like to confirm if there's any error prompt when running the Office installer downloaded?

    Meanwhile, please also check if Office Deployment tool can help install Visio on your Windows device. You can choose to install Visio with the help of Office customization tool.
