Write an outline on mobile app

I went through the page you shared. I am following same steps and it works flawlessly over ios but not on my android.

Seems like first I will try on a 2nd android device. If that doesn't work either then it could be an OS issue instead of a microsoft app issue or perhaps will wait for app update.

Anyways thanks a ton for taking out your time on this matter.

I shall update here once it seems that issue is just for my device or android 15 in general or if m365 app update eventually fixes this.

Sharing a snippet of my hardware+ software,just in case you come across another user with same fate and see a pattern that perhaps microsoft can do something about

My apologies in case I was unclear.

However the outline I am referring to is the feature that builds slide based on an outline (summary) given by the user.

It is typically seen here (attached) on the mobile app.

My premium template part is resolved ,so please ignore that from the attached screenshot

I check everything before I post. Here is the View menu of PowerPoint for iOS:

There is only Normal and Slide Sorter view, no views for Outline, Reading, Notes Page, Slide Master, Handout Master or Notes Master, as seen in the desktop versions.

Whatever it is you using in PowerPoint for iOS, I'm glad you found a solution that works for you.

Only the desktop version of PowerPoint (Windows and Mac) have Outline View.

I john ,I am afraid that is incorrect information.

I tried on my IOS mobile device and that works.

This ,I thought would be a handy feature for my android

I asked microsoft customer service,they also said Android supports this feature and therefore requested me to write on this community group
