I used galaxy tab, iPad, Macbook pro and Windows desktop. and observed that whit screen option during PPT presention only just pressing "W" available for desktop version like windows base PC or or Mac but not available for tab version like Galaxy tab or iPad. it is problem from Microsoft side issue i thing

That behavior is by design. Different versions of PowerPoint have different capabilities.
In mobile versions, there is a black screen option available by tapping the the top of the screen, then the second icon from the right (circled in green below). I don't believe there is a white screen option.
You can request that a new feature be added by tapping on the three-dot icon at the right end of the Ribbon in Edit mode. Choose Help & Feedback>Suggest a feature. After you post your idea, others can vote on it. Microsoft uses this feedback to prioritize their programming.
