Can we allocate pooled storage to SharePoint to increase our space?

I have a question about Microsoft 365 that my team has regarding storage. I'll provide as much information and questions as possible. Of this, SharePoint sites consume 27.28 TB.In our SharePoint admin center, our Active Sites are using most of the pooled storage allocated to SharePoint. For example, we only have 2.20 TB remaining of our 29.54 allocated.   Note: We are actively using the Archived site feature to archive sites in Azure cold storage; however, at our current consumption trend, we will eventually run out of allocated SharePoint storage, and we cannot archive some active sites used for courses.We have yet to seen or read about any way to change the pooled storage to allocate more to our SharePoint sites. We are concerned about running our SharePoint storage within the next month.

Other things we have done include adjusting versioning limits, removing unwanted content and duplicates, etc.
