Working with our sysadmin, we managed to reproduce the error. The issue appears to originate from how the loop is initially created—specifically, when starting a new chat within a channel of an MS Teams team. When a loop component is created in Teams, it is automatically assigned the title "loop component." Although this title can be changed afterward, the original title, i.e. "Loop component" is what appears in the Microsoft To-Do app. The title is not being refreshed...
