Is publisher included in my Microsoft 365 Basic subscription

Based on your description, it seems you have query about whether Microsoft Publisher is included in Microsoft 365 Basic subscription or not.

As far as I know, Microsoft Publisher currently only included in Microsoft 365 for Business Standard and higher-level subscription, it is not included in both Microsoft 365 basic for personal and business as Microsoft Publisher is a PC (Windows) only available app, and Microsoft 365 basic plan option does not include Microsoft PC apps. Microsoft Publisher currently is also not included in all other Microsoft 365 for Personal subscription as Microsoft Publisher will be retired after October 2026, we’ve received many users that mention Microsoft Publisher is no longer included in the personal subscription Office suite.
