2024-11-13T22:36:28+00:00 What you guys aren't getting is somehow and I'm no expert but the data was compromised when I moved from Works it to Access. I have over a 1,000 entries. I'm not going to re enter that much data.

The problem with that icon on your desktop is not an Access problem; it's related to the way the icon was created. We don't know how you created it, or whoever created it for you did it. Therefore, we can't answer that question.
