Hey, I noticed that you are contacting me from England. Cool. I studied Landscape Design there.

I was an Environmental Planning Officer here, and our group included an landscape design section. Good luck with getting your database up and running again. Like you I used MS Works originally. It's very simple database function was really more of a spreadsheet, and not relational. At work we firstly used dBASE, but changed to Access in 1997, when I completely rewrote our database applications in Access. It does take a little time to get up to speed with a relational database development environment, but if you stick at it, it will become more straightforward. And we are always here to help if needed.

You know. I am a gardener not a computer geek. This should be easy. I'm going to try to find someone who can help me. Like I said Microsoft Works was EASY. A gardener could do it. I do have a friend that is a computer geek. I'll try him first then I'll go back to the person who installed it. I'll have him look at this conversation chain to understand what is going on.
