    Hello Md. Saiful Islam Tareq,

Thank you for posting back and sharing with me the detailed information.

If this issue only occurs in PowerPoint App, you may try uninstalling PowerPoint and reinstalling it.

You may also reset S Pen settings. Go to the device settings and find the S Pen settings. Look for an option to reset the S Pen settings to default. This may fix any configuration issues that could be causing the problem.

If it still doesn't work, I do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

I sincerely recommend you raise a support ticket and contact Microsoft Online Support, they have higher permission and more resource to help you further investigate this issue and find the root cause. This is a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

    1. Yes the issue is only happening in PowerPoint app
    2. Tried with restarting the tab, it didn't solve it
    3. The device and the app running on the latest version available

Couldn't yet get the typing working with the sPen after getting the device

    Hello Md. Saiful Islam Tareq,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I understand you are unable to use your S Pen to type on PowerPoint on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S9FE. I'd like to help you, we can work together to narrow down the situation and move towards a resolution path.

    1. Does this issue only happen in PowerPoint App? Does it happen in other Apps?
    2. You may restart your device. Sometimes restarting your device can help to resolve any software issues that may be interfering with the S Pen's functionality.
    3. Make sure your device and PowerPoint app are running the latest software updates available. Go to the Google Play Store and check for any app updates.

If issue persists, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I know if your S pen worked in PowerPoint before? Does this issue just happen recently?

Can you type with S pen in other Office apps such as Word and Excel?

Look forward to your reply. Thanks for your time and cooperation!

Hope you have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Tina
