TPM event logger error after cpu swap, Event id 86

I just swapped out my cpu, my previous chip had died and just received my replacement, both 5950x, Upon boot I received " New cpu installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted" and it asked me to reset, which I did, now im receiving the following error:

    I went ahead and bought a damn oem genuine TPM chip even though there are bootleg ones everywhere. Will let you know if it solves all my problems or of $100 was wasted.

    My symptoms are game crashes, stuttering in any application, OBS crashing. Not sure if that lines up with anyone else, but from what I can tell it seems to be related to ftpm. If anyone has sacrificial chickens laying around... I'd appreciate any help I can get

    Let's face it. No one should have to purchase a dedicated aftermarket discrete TPM chip for their MoBo....period. You find anyone on the Intel side having to buy TPM chips for their MoBo's? No you do not. There is absolutely no reason an end-user should have to be forced to purchase an add-on discrete TPM chip for any MoBo when the MoBo you currently own is UEFI/TPM 2.0 certified....period. Wait until the next release when Microsoft "finally" writes their TPM module attestation to meet industry standards as opposed to sleeping with Intel.

    Quick question though. When disabling ftpm in the bios... Will it Automatically pick up the discrete tpm chip?

    Update and Workaround

    Update: Affected PCs will require a motherboard system BIOS (sBIOS) update containing enhanced modules for fTPM interaction with SPIROM. AMD expects that flashable customer sBIOS files to be available starting in early May, 2022. Exact BIOS availability timing for a specific motherboard depends on the testing and integration schedule of your manufacturer. Flashable updates for motherboards will be based on AMD AGESA 1207 (or newer).

    I've installed BIOS version 1.2.0.6b (first BIOS version that add support for New Zen 3 processors) but SCEP error is still here.
    AMD said stuttering based on fTPM issue will be fixed in AGESA 1207 (NOT 1206B) hope they also fix error-86.
