Installierter physischer Speicher (RAM) 32,0 GB

Complete new system (hardware & installation)

    • High probability of crash during startup (cold start / reset button - not so much during "software based restart") - half of the starts hang, graphic freezes, no more interaction whatsoever before reaching the logon screen
    • Sudden random freezes during the day (complete freeze with mousepointer and all - no more interaction)
    • Same error message in the eventlog as stated above

This problem is very serious, as the crashes during startup already destroyed the system partition once (within the first week of operation), and I had to reinstall the complete system. It further makes working a pain, as one never knows, when the OS will freeze (I don't use the box for playing).

I resorted to some voodoo (calling the BIOS during start, to give the hardware some "headroom" before the OS starts with its initializations), which seems to reduce the frequency of startup crashes noticeably.

Anyway, what can we do to support a quick resolution of this issue? It renders the platform almost unusable for serious work - you don't want to work on a system that breaks away any second and might destroy the system partition or your data on the go...

    Greetings

Been getting this error as well, complete new system: 1 week old

New Windows 11 installation (no other operating system was installed prior to this installation)
    Ryzen 5800x
    AMD Radeon 6600XT
    Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 (rev1.0)

PC does seem to work normal though, besides external hard disk reconnecting out of the blue. which I have not found a solution for yet either.

having completely reinstalled windows 10 on one drive and windows 11 on another to see if i can work out a fix, i was getting a WHEA error on 10 and SCEP error on 11, i also updated my cpu heatsink and fan as i believed original setup was drawing to much power to cool the cpu, once installed i had no problems and have had 5 days of unlimited game play.

today though whilst playing sniper contracts 2 it crashed on Win 11 with the SCEP error
