Macros that we wrote in Project Online in the Enterprise Global template are now disabled with the latest office upgrade.

In this situation, for work/school account organized by the organization, we'd sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article to create a support ticket with Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshoot. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

Would you please share screenshots of the issue encounter again by using the Insert image button (as shown below), or directly copy and paste the image to your post. --> The Insert image option is not working properly, it fails every attempt to upload an image. However, the error message is very clear saying: Microsoft Project Security Notice Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern. 2. Does the issue happen on different devices with different users? --> Yes, it is happening to other users on different devices.
