How do I stop Teams items appearing in Quick Acess when I am SAVING (using Save As) a Word or Excel document?

Every time I try to use the Save As feature to save a Word or Excel document, Teams channels appear in the Quick Access area. I don't want these items to appear. This just started happening last week. Normally the folders I have added to Quick access show up..

2024-11-18T16:06:19+00:00 If it worked for you it's because it addressed another problem than the one I originally posted about. The problem many of us have is that *after* selecting 'save as', the 'quick access' site/address options are utterly clogged by a long string of Teams folders -- see this double-screenshot. I want to get rid of all the crossed-out in red, to have the green-circled 'browse' option up near the top, so I don't have to scroll past a legion of Teams folders to get there - every. single. time.

2024-11-18T16:34:10+00:00 My suggestion is to add Save As to your toolbar and use the Save As in your toolbar vs the File then Save As option on the left. This will take you right to File Explorer.

Thank you for the screenshot above and for adding your explanation as to "why we'd like to get rid of the Teams folders". That's exactly the same reason we'd like the option of hiding that new feature.
