*I updated via "Update Now" in the "File - Account" section a few minutes ago, and Microsoft Office 365 told me it was installing updates.*
After it was done, I went back into Access and was still on version "Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2408 Build 16.0.17928.20114) 32-bit". I checked for updates again, and there were no further updates.
Maybe they aren't simultaneously pushing the update to everyone, even though it is September 10th?
Also, the current channel release history (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/current-channel)has not yet mentioned version 17928.20156.
The release notes are usually published several hours to 1 day later than the updates are available.
Did you perhaps change to an older build before and stopped the updates, which was one of the workarounds before the fix came out?
Nope, never changed back to an older build (or a different channel) and never stopped the updates.
But I noticed something in Access. If I go to "Account" in Access, I see this version:

But if I click "About Access", I see this version:

Is it normal for it to show me two different versions/build numbers? Should I assume I am on the latest version version 17928.21056, which is shown in the first screenshot above, even though the "About" section shows me an older version number/build?
Thanks.
