Why are ads suddenly appearing on my YouTube videos?

Hi,

I've been working with hundreds of presentations using YouTube videos and had no trouble with ads till now (8/5/24).

I have a Premium YouTube account and have spoken with tech support at YouTube and Microsoft. The problem remains unresolved.

    Hi,

    I checked it out. I may use it, but I've already used other downloaders and the ads always get scrubbed because the videos are playing from your hard drive and not the internet.

    I figured out how to make a PowerPoint presentation with no pop ups.

    Download Jdownloader 2, a safe and easy-to-navigate app. Hope this helps

    Yep. I think you're right, Brian. What's odd is that they didn't think of it before - when they introduced Youtube Premium in the first place, and let us get used to ad-free viewing.
