    Hi, Chaichan Pothisarn

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to display the pointer when projecting with your iPad.

The pointer you are referring to is the laser dot-like pointer that shows up when you long-press the screen after starting a slide show, correct?

Since the projection has to do with the settings of your projector, I would like to know how you are projecting, through a cable connected to the projector, through the iPad's “screen mirroring” function, or through a third-party software?

As well, I'd like to know if you have a similar option when you project that lets you choose which part of the iPad (an interface, or the entire screen) you want to project onto the screen.

And I'd like to ask if your account type is private, or a work or school account. Are the subscriptions you are using geared toward individuals or families, or work or school?

You can also tell us the system version of the iPad, which will help us to test it.

Please let me know more and I look forward to hearing from you!

    Best Regards,
