A powerful, cloud-based language translation tool developed by Microsoft.
I have not heard from anyone from Microsoft. My teachers have pretty much abandoned using it at this point. The conversation feature was amazing.
I tried one last time last night, and it's just utterly broken. I think their AI model broke down, it had been "hearing" ok, but it was only hearing in spurts and picking up a bunch of nonsense.
No word from Microsoft. I'm looking for alternatives. Microsoft PowerPoint has a Speech to translated subtitles feature. That still works well. We invested in an audio distribution system, which is useless at the moment. So pretty frustrated having the rug pulled out from under us.
Let me know if you find something that works. I'm trying Byrdhouse, the jury is still out. It took me a few weeks to get MS Translator working the way I want, and this one didn't work 1st try either.
