Is Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) Dead? November 2024. I see its migrated to Get Help.
I can't seem to open it anymore.
It was my very effective tool to troubleshoot Office application problems.
Can you help provide alternatives? and must be a Microsoft product like SaRa.
Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.

Dave, I would love to but some genius will complain about how my code did whatever to their device. So I will pass. But here is all the info you need. Basically write a simple script to delete the folders and registry keys listed for your version of office. Also the activation document is great, wrote a script for that one too. If all else fails you can try REVO uninstaller? https://www.revouninstaller.com/

What you can do is follow the steps for a manual uninstallation of Office. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manually-uninstall-office-4e2904ea-25c8-4544-99ee-17696bb3027b. Note that it may be a time-consuming process.
I found out if you have an older version of SaRA, it will still works exactly as it was.
I have SaRA_17_01_2352_000. This works for me just fine. Search it in google, you will find few links to download.
