Good day! I went through your post carefully, and since I noticed it post in PowerPoint category under iPhone/iPad devices, may I know if you want to login multiple accounts in the PowerPoint for iOS application?

If yes, then you may click Add Account under the profile in PowerPoint app. I attached a screenshot from my test for you for a better understanding.
