Hello, I purchased the Microsoft Visio Plan 1 subscription on July 20, 2024, using my university account, but unfortunately, I am unable to use the product because I am not getting any access whenever I try to login. Since then, I have been paying the bill, despite not being able to use the product. I have attempted to reach out to several helplines, but have received no response. I just want to cancel the subscription.
