My old laptop died and I can't find the License Card for my Micro Soft Visio Premium 2010 CD.

Is there a way to load my CD into my new laptop?

After further investigations, we have concluded that this issue requires resources and expertise than our forum team currently possesses. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that you create a support ticket with Microsoft Support directly by following these steps:

Go to Contact us, sign into your personal account (In the upper right corner).
Describe the situation, click "Get Help", and then click the button "Contact Support" at the bottom of the page.
In Products and services category, choose the relevant category and click Confirm.
You should see "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to resolve the problem and for redirecting you to the related development team. I regret any inconvenience this may cause. The fix to your concern may be checked at the back end.
