Please help me to fix this problem or bug, I have deleted cookies but it still doesn't work. Is there another way to handle this?

I have seen solved problem in the link

Bing isn't available right now - Microsoft Community

this but it still doesn't work on me

Even though I have used the extension and when I create a new tab I have set it to my usual display, and here the problem is that when I search I look like someone who hasn't logged in to Edge.

Problem is the home Edge section turns green, when I first entered Edge, I was sent to the link Bing

And all menus (picture, video, news, maps) when clicked

and when I search for and click on the image "example: asa" then I will be sent to this link asa - Bing

and appeared this soon after

"It's not you, it's us"

Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon.

There are some problems here I realize I haven't logged in, but I can't press the sign in button why? but my account is still stuck here and proves that I have logged in

It's true that yesterday on May 23, the Bing server was down or maintenance, and for my comment above, when I commented when Edge was back to normal "now Microsoft Edge can be used as before" but there are still people who can't use Copilot and I provide the solutions that I know

  1. Check Internet Connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable and well connected. If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting to a different network or check if there's a problem with the router or modem.
  2. Clear Browser Data: Try clearing browser data (cookies, cache, and history) and try again. Make sure to back up personal data such as favorites before deleting data.
  3. Disable Proxy Server: If you are using a proxy server, try temporarily disabling it and see if the problem is resolved.

4.Check Bing Settings: Open Bing in the browser. On the Bing home page (bing.com), click the hamburger icon (three lines) and make sure the “Country/Region” setting is set to a non-land area, such as the United States. After that, refresh the page and see if the chat icon appears.

  1. Try Other Settings in Edge: Open settings in Edge browser. Look for the option “About Microsoft Edge,” then disable the option “Enable Microsoft Edge preview.” After that, restart the browser and see if the problem is resolved.

Is there any explanation? reasons why it cannot be used

As far as I know, there are only two reasons if you can't use co pilot

  1. You haven't logged in to your Microsoft account
  2. You don't use a Microsoft account

FYI : Based on recent information, there appears to be a broader issue with Bing services that may be affecting users in various locations, including Taiwan. There have been reports of disruptions with the Bing API, which is causing problems for Microsoft Copilot, DuckDuckGo, and ChatGPT web search features. These disruptions seem to have started on May 23, 2024, and have affected services for several hours.

Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is working to isolate and resolve it. Although the main search functionality of Bing has been restored, some other services are still experiencing disruptions.

It looks like Microsoft is doing maintenance or repairs on their service. This outage affected several features, including Bing and Microsoft Copilot. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon and service will return to normal in the near future

I still don't understand your question, because now Edge is normal and Copilot should be running as it should.

Try to test it by going directly to the co pilot, either in the menu or via the edge homepage, or

Enable Copilot: Open Settings and go to Personalization > Taskbar. Then, switch Windows Copilot to “on.”

Launch Copilot: Click the new Copilot button on the taskbar, or press Win + C on the keyboard to launch Copilot in Windows.

If it still doesn't work, try updating Windows or

you haven't installed Copilot yet https://www.microsoft.com/id-id/microsoft-copilot

In my case it's different, because here I've told you that I'm like without an account or a bot browsing the internet, and here when I want to use co-pilot from Bing it says:

Copilot unavailable with your current SafeSearch setting

Copilot is not supported when your SafeSearch setting is set to Strict

    Return to Bing

I changed this before deleting cookies so it's possible that my account is stuck with the settings in this edge but everything can still be accessed as before, but I can't access anything else, I can only access search.
