Can't edit or create new Visio documents

When trying to edit a document it keeps refreshing the site .

When trying to create a new one the site never loads or if I do it from the file menu i get the "Sorry, we couldn't create your new document" error.

I have Visio 1 plan, it's my university account.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Visio | For education | Other

    According to your description, my understanding is that you can't create any Office files on the SharePoint site.

    • If not, please point it out and provide more details about the situation.
    • If so, this can be caused by many reasons, such as the browser or the server. I would like to gather more information to troubleshoot it.
    1. Please open the InPrivate browser window, access the SharePoint site, and test again.
    2. Does the problem occur in a specific site/library? Please go to another site/library, create a new file, and check again.
    3. If you have Office desktop apps, please create a new file and save it on the SharePoint site. Check if the save was successful.

    I've just realized it happens with any office 365 (excel, word, etc.)
