I am trying to create a conversation in Microsoft Translator. However, after I enter my name and language, I receive a "sorry, something is wrong. Try again later." Error message. Uninstalling, clearing cache, and clearing storage did not resolve this issue.

I found the similar one but for me, once I click to create a new conversation the system said “cannot creat anew conversation session, please try again. I try to do this on my iPhone, iPad, either on my friend iPad. There are the same problem.
