Hello, What software will people be using and why when Publisher is phased out in October 2026? Thank you.
I know there's InDesign and Canva. Also, will Publisher files be able to be converted ?

Thank you. Scribus is free so I’ll try it !
I’ve downloaded and had a look at Scribus but it hasn’t worked for me. None of my cards open correctly and as yet I’ve not worked out how to recreate them, will have to have a play when I have more time. I have however submitted feedback through Publisher begging them to reconsider retiring it completely, it would make more sense for them to allow current users to keep the program with the ability to still open and use their files.
scribus was a no go for me. It didn't even find my publisher files.
Hi Tina
1 why would MS want to be such a pain in the ****, a take out the only Program that did the job so many clients use.
2 I saw MS dumped the latest Publisher. Unbelievably, they added in a range of problems that have ruined Publisher.
3 I have another laptop that has Publisher and will never connect it to the net.
