Sounds like a good summer project. I think you need to do them one at a time. Fortunately, you don't have to go between programs to do it.

Hello, What software will people be using and why when Publisher is phased out in October 2026? Thank you.
I know there's InDesign and Canva. Also, will Publisher files be able to be converted ?

So happy I found this discussion. I have hundreds of publisher files as I am a teacher and use publisher to create everything I use in my classroom. Is their a quick and easy what to save these files as a pdf or is it just going in and saving each one individually?
Agreed but unfortunately anything we do is likely to be a fuss unless Microsoft changes their mind.
Yes - THIS!!! I have hundreds of Publisher files, and sorry, Word and PowerPoint are nothing like it. The freeform ability to do layouts of images and text without conflict has always been lightyears ahead for the ridiculous "anchors" that constantly tie me up trying to slides text, objects and images around.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I'd considered having a non-connected old laptop, but it will be a fuss importing everything via external drives. Oh well.
