I have an issue in opening a shared file recording, which when I open it, it gives me an error, that says, it's a troubleshooting issue with SharePoint foundation. How do I resolve the issue?

Keep in mind many error messages in Sharepoint are outdated and not relevant to current version. SP foundation was the old "free" on premise version so we'd need a few more details on what you're doing/seeing in order to triage what might be going on.
