How to auto separate MS Lists uploads into separate Sharepoint folders using Power Automate?

Thanks for that explanation. Here's what I'm trying to do:

1. Use MS Forms to collect the needed data and attachments then automatically have the MS Form data and attachments be added to a SharePoint List.
2. The attachments also need to be added to a SharePoint library and separated into corresponding folders according to what is contained in their file name.
3. The file attachment names need to keep the same file name they were uploaded with and NOT include my name at the end. The file attachments should also have the ability to be previewed from within the Sharepoint library.

Looking at the flow below, how can this be accomplished? The data and attachments are being added to the SharePoint List but the attachments are not being added to folders in the SharePoint library. What's missing?

Sorry, the flow reverted to the old designer and the toggle isn't working to get it back to the new designer. With this toggle issue, something seemed to have changed in my flow and It stopped working correctly and I had to start again. Please forgive me.

The screenshots seem not to be uploaded fine. They are showed as follows at my side.

The Forms attachments will not automatically be added to the SharePoint Online list. If you are using a personal form, the attachments will be saved in the folder in OneDrive for Business.

If you are using a group form, it will be saved in the folder in SharePoint Online.

Do you mean that you want to aa them to the list as attachments?

Regarding "how can this be accomplished? The data and attachments are being added to the SharePoint List but the attachments are not being added to folders in the SharePoint library. What's missing?", where are the attachments added after running the flow? Could you upload some screenshots for our confirmation? Are there some error messages popped up when you run the flow you created?

What I am trying to do:

1. Add the data and attachments from the MS Form to the SharePoint List using automation.
2. The attachments uploaded to the MS Form, which are also being added to the SharePoint List, need to be added to a Document Library and separated into folders according to the name contained in the file.

What has been accomplished:

The data and attachments from the MS Form are being added to the MS List by the automation.

What needs to be accomplished:

The attachments are not being added to the Document Library.

Please review the above flow and advise. Note: Filter Array 1 is cut off in the screenshot but it has - replace(item()?['Name'], '_', ' ')

Thanks for your updates and I can now see the screenshots.

You need to add @ in the advanced filter array formula.

I see that you are in the new flow UI. If you prefer the classic flow UI, you can manually change the flow URL which is like https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-\*\*\*/flows/\*\*\*?v3=true to https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-\*\*\*/flows/\*\*\*?v3=false. You can return to the classic UI and then add the @ symbol in the formula to see the result.

The last step in the screenshots is Create file (SharePoint Online) which means that it creates the same files got from the OneDrive for Business folder in a folder in a site in SharePoint Online.

As you use the Get file content (OneDrive for Business) action, you should use the personal form and get the files from the Apps folder like https://contoso-my.sharepoint.com/personal/username\_contoso\_onmicrosoft\_com/Documents/Apps/Microsoft Forms/form name/Question in OneDrive for Business. You can go to OneDrive for Business for confirmation.

If you are using a group form, it will be saved in the folder in SharePoint Online.

In the screenshots, there seems to be no action adding the files as attachments in a list in SharePoint Online. If you do that, you need to add the Add attachment action as follows.

Could you provide the screenshots about the flow result at your side about "The data and attachments from the MS Form are being added to the MS List by the automation." for our reference?
