How to auto separate MS Lists uploads into separate Sharepoint folders using Power Automate?

Thanks for your updates.

The Filter Array action seems to run successfully in your environment. Could you check whether some file name and file content is got from the action at your side?

If the output is null such as [ ], the Create file action will got no parameter to create the file and will run with failure.

If it is convenient, could you also upload some screenshots showing the detailed error pane in the Create file action at your side for our reference as well?

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Thank you so much for that information. I tested by completing the form and got the below. Everything above has a green check, the Apply to Each and Create File actions have a red x, and everything below these 2 actions has a gray x. Please advise. Thanks.

The screenshots you uploaded seems not to be showed fine at our side.

Could you upload it again for our reference?

From your previous screenshots, it seems that the file name you select in your flow isn't from the result of Parse JSON.

Could you change that part and see if the flow can be saved successfully at your side?

Thank you for helping me with that information. I chose the first body option seen in the Dynamic Content options. I did not know it needed to be the same. I've made the updates as directed.

I saved the flow and received the following message:

Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'The inputs of template action 'Append_to_array_variable' at line '1 and column '3663' is invalid. Action 'Apply_to_each' must be a parent 'foreach' scope of action 'Append_to_array_variable' to be referenced by 'repeatItems' or 'items' functions.'.'.

Kindly advise.

The following configuration seems to be wrong in your environment.

Filter Array 2

From = body('Filter_array')

Filter Array 3

From = body('Filter_array_2')

Filter Array 4

From = body('Filter_array_3')

You need to filter all files with different names from the original filter array.

So the configuration should be the following.

Filter Array 2

From = body('Filter_array')

Filter Array 3

From = body('Filter_array')

Filter Array 4

From = body('Filter_array')

I suggest you change it and see whether you can save and run the flow successfully.
