OneNote fingerprint unlock is not working

When setting up a protected section on Onenote on my samsung fold6 it I enable the box that says use fingerprint next time but when I go to unlock it again it asks for the password again with the use fingerprint box still enabled. It never lets me use my fingerprint to unlock the sections. Anyone know a fix for this?

    I also had the idea of ​​using an apk, but to avoid the risk of computer scams that impact banking, the information we transfer when we buy objects, when we communicate our sensitive data or exchange important letters, digital signatures, etc. - very common scams in this era, to avoid serious trouble I preferred not to do it.

    However, I extracted the OneNote apk from my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 5G tablet - always android 15, like the Google Pixel 7 Pro android 15 where the problem occurs. Unfortunately I get a pop-up: ""App not installed because it is not compatible with your device".
