OneNote fingerprint unlock is not working

When setting up a protected section on Onenote on my samsung fold6 it I enable the box that says use fingerprint next time but when I go to unlock it again it asks for the password again with the use fingerprint box still enabled. It never lets me use my fingerprint to unlock the sections. Anyone know a fix for this?

    Today's update has finally solved the problem.

    I confirm,

    since I was among those who found themselves in difficulty and annoyed by the problem, I feel the duty to confirm what @roman zien communicated: it seems that the problem has been solved with the latest update; the setting of opening notes via psw seems to be maintained in subsequent openings

    I understand your discomfort with OneNote, which is the same as mine, but it is not with useless personal insults that you will make yourself appreciated in the contexts in which you will present yourself.

    Nope, did not think of defensive narrow-minded people such as yourself. I thought about the many who might appreciate a great alternative to OneNote for people who need a basic note-taking application with great options on the free version. Why is that so hard to grasp for you?

    Nope, my core message is to make people who don't need all the fancy stuff aware of the fact that there is a great alternative to OneNote. Why is that so hard to understand for you?
