Hello, I can’t open this file.

Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.

I write this word and share to my friends to update words. But today i can’t open this file. Please help me. Thank you so much

    Regarding "I can’t open this file.", may I know whether the issue occurs in a site library in SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business? Does the issue happen in a specific file?

    Do you sync the files onto your Mac with the OneDrive for Mac sync client? If you open the affected file from the local sync folder, what's the result?

    It seems that the file is shared. If yes, can the shared editor opens the file fine at his side?

    If it happens with a specific file, I suggest you copy the file to another folder and do a test to see whether the issue goes away.
