Powerapps translate date from en to kh

Hi,

I want to translate date from EN to KH using this formular MicrosoftTranslator.Translate(Text( DateAdd(DateAdd(ContractStartDate.SelectedDate, ContractDuration.Selected.Value, TimeUnit.Years) ,-1,TimeUnit.Days),"dddd, mmmm d, yyyy"),"km") and it doesn't work for some specific date such as 31 december 2024.

Is there anyway that I can translate date?
