I'm using the Read Aloud feature, and the "female" voice changed its tone when it hit this one paragraph. I don't think there's anything special about the text, but the voice changed to sound emotionally elated. Why is it doing this, when I never hear it use emotion anywhere else?

I would like to have the read aloud voice that was taken from me. I would describe as very close to Siri’s voice…. just perfect. I had it for more than two years. Right now i’m back to no read aloud at all … except this choppy… hesitant voice that no one could use. Microsoft can afford to fix this!!
Umm... no. For me 'perky lady' is still there. I'm not fond of perky lady. I prefer the female robotic voice, if you are referring to Zira. The inflection and dramatic over stimulated voice that is currently a part of my Microsoft Read Aloud is just annoying for me. I'm hoping Microsoft will get this straightened out soon and with AI rapid advances and being that it IS Microsoft, you would think they could come up with a variety of voices for Read Aloud. But since it has been months now and the same male and female voices are still there (sigh), I'm not holding my breath.
I loved the super perky chick because I write marketing copy...but now she is gone and I'm back to the scary robot lady. No idea how Perky got here, no idea how to get her back. I'm thinking she disappeared when I restarted recently. Gonna try that again and see what's what.
I am having trouble resetting my read aloud… this happens every year before renewal. I clicked the review tab but a settings button never came up… i could not go any further. I am using my IPad Pro. I loved it when I first started several years ago and got the Siri voice which was really perfect. Last year I got a lady’s voice that very expressive but mispronounced many times in a page.
