MS Word Read Aloud voice changes tone

I'm using the Read Aloud feature, and the "female" voice changed its tone when it hit this one paragraph. I don't think there's anything special about the text, but the voice changed to sound emotionally elated. Why is it doing this, when I never hear it use emotion anywhere else?

I had a great voice yesterday and the months before, now i'm presented with three rubbish Microsoft versions. I too use this this to proof read, a hiccup in the speech usually denoting a mistake in grammar. I want the voice I had yesterday!

Unfortunately that not did work. I reset the default to make sure. I did notice, if I click "Read Aloud", on a blank page the female and male voice show. If I type something and then try "Read Aloud- I then get the oops message and when you click ok or close out the warning David Zira and Mark are back .

I noticed a change in the voice. When I looked at the "Set proofing language", I noticed that one paragraph was set to English (United States) where others were set to English (Canada).

If you are creating content that will be read aloud, ensure your "Set proofing language" is the same throughout your document.

This happens every year… I always get run in circles… microsoft needs to respectfully call me with rechoosing the voice in read aloud.

    Hello Engine,

I like the read aloud feature with word. Will there be more natural sounding voices added in the future or are there more ready for download.

    Thank you for your time.

    Jesse
