MS Word Read Aloud voice changes tone

I'm using the Read Aloud feature, and the "female" voice changed its tone when it hit this one paragraph. I don't think there's anything special about the text, but the voice changed to sound emotionally elated. Why is it doing this, when I never hear it use emotion anywhere else?

I loved the super perky chick because I write marketing copy...but now she is gone and I'm back to the scary robot lady. No idea how Perky got here, no idea how to get her back. I'm thinking she disappeared when I restarted recently. Gonna try that again and see what's what.

I am having trouble resetting my read aloud… this happens every year before renewal. I clicked the review tab but a settings button never came up… i could not go any further. I am using my IPad Pro. I loved it when I first started several years ago and got the Siri voice which was really perfect. Last year I got a lady’s voice that very expressive but mispronounced many times in a page. Please help me I am desperate to use this in proof reading my documents. Richard VanCleave 229-886-2877

I prefer the "Valley Girl" voice but, it is no longer an option. The other voices sound robotic. There were tones and reflections in the voice that were great to listen out for. How can I get her voice back?

Hi, there are no voices besides a male and female, both in a very non-average South African accent. Accent to about less than 5 percent of the population. We have many different english dialects just another issue I have. Would be nice if one could clone one's voice as a feature. So I guess this issue has still not been solved yet.
