    Dear respected,

Based on the shared description, it looks like this issue happens recently as a sudden. In this situation, we would like to ask you check if the move action can be completed in other environment like a PC or browsers which will help to narrow down the issue to service cache or device side. And also, if other users are facing the similar scenario.

when I go in the computer, I do not have Microsoft 365 (Office) APP I just go to the website or I use the icon which is at the bottom of my screen on the tool far anyways documents can be moved there when I go to my Samsung tablet S 7 when I go into Microsoft or Office 365 a lot of my documents and some folders are not there but when I go to OneDrive they are there and they can be moved. I think it’s something to do with the iPad or the iPhone the 365 app because it’s not working and acting funny on the Samsung and Apple devices but when I go on a device that does not have the 365. It works fine.

Picture one MacBook Air I can move files

Picture two I still do not know what the sites the City University Of New York store is violated cause I’ve always used one drive if you could please explain because when I started using a tablet back into 21 I’m sorry 2020 that was the first time since 2010 that used to charge yourself and I only got my computer a year ago it’s like something broken, but Microsoft 365 (Office) move them because all my devices have the same email and all my documents. They are on all devices but for some reason the files I’ve made the last few days and folders they’re not going from one device to another they only staying on the device I made them on, so I don’t know what the problem is if you could please help I greatly appreciate that.

Please explain the SharePoint. I have no idea what this thing is as highlighted. and when I clicked the two folders come off and then it says move and I don’t know thank you

    Dear respected,

Based on the detailed information shared, it seems like there have some cache between data sync on devices. It is suggested to back up the files and then sign out your school account and then sign in again to check the outcome.
