Watermark Error 400

All of a sudden, when inserting a picture watermark into MSWord. I am getting this

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long..

I have cleared the cookies from Google Chrome.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    The Word team is still investigating a potential fix, but they have shared a temporary workaround:

    1. Users need to delete the cookie “insertmedia.bing.office.net” in Edge.

    Image 2. Go to the following URL in Edge: https://insertmedia.bing.office.net/odc/insertmedia?searchtype=Image
    The URL should resolve in one try, but if the user still receives the HTTP error, continue trying the link until it resolves. 3. Open Word or other Office applications and test.

    For all of os that don't use Edge (which is most of us), can you please explain the steps on how to delete said cookie

    I have looked in Settings/Cookies and site permissions/Manage and delete cookies and site data/See all cookies and site data......... but there is nothing there

    You do use Edge whether you realize it or not because Office uses Edge to search for images. If you are running Windows, you have Edge installed, so you should be able to open it.

    Sorry, i should have made that clearer, yes i have Edge installed, but as i have never used it (as most folk don't), can you please explain the steps on how to use Edge to delete said cookies, as when i look i cannot see them
