Watermark Error 400

Thank you so much! I have been searching and searching for a solution to the Error 400 message.

I have not had problems with watermarks (which I never use), but with inserting images into shapes for creating artwork and flyers, etc on Microsoft Word. I rarely, if ever, use images from the web, only those I have saved on my computer--many of which are original artwork. The error 400 message was preventing me from being able to pull in my own images from offline. I tried clearing the cookies, and browsing history, etc, which didn't work. It didn't, and still doesn't, make sense to me that a problem with cookies on Chrome would interfere with offline work.

The ability to work offline again is a life saver. You have restored my ability to conveniently insert images into shapes again, saving me time and trouble, and I am so grateful!

Is there any chance this solution could create an issue somewhere else??

On one laptop I was able to add a picture watermark to a document a couple of times and then started getting the HTTP 400 error every time. I sent the document and the image I wanted to use for the watermark to my desktop PC and tried it there. HTTP 400. I then sent the document and image to another laptop that doesn't get used much. When I tried to add the watermark to the document, I get a blank window.

I also get the HTTP 400 error when I try to create a custom border in Publisher.

Thank you so much for your input. My Watermark issue on MS word actually resolved itself about one week after I posted the problem above. I have no problem inserting watermark since then.
