All of a sudden, when inserting a picture watermark into MSWord. I am getting this
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long..

Hi Suzanne, I don't have any cookies for office.net. I do have office.com, but nowhere do I see insertmedia.bing.office.net.
The 400 error continues when I follow that link on Edge, even after reloading several times.
To access the list of sites with cookies, paste edge://settings/siteData in the address bar in Edge and press Enter.
Sorry, i should have made that clearer, yes i have Edge installed, but as i have never used it (as most folk don't), can you please explain the steps on how to use Edge to delete said cookies, as when i look i cannot see them

I get this HTTP error in both word & outlook when trying to define a new bullet:
... Bullet Library > Define New Bullet > Picture (before options to browse or bing search) = http error
also in word:
Design > Watermark > Custom Watermark > Picture Watermark > Select Picture = http error
Insert > Pictures > Online Pictures = works fine
