Hi, this is Bryll
I understand the urgency and importance of this as it is essential for your productivity. For now, allow me to lend you a helping hand.
May we confirm on when did the problem started? Was it after an update, after installing a 3rd party program or a hardware change?
Here are the strategies that we can recommend:
- Force restart your iPad.
- To do this, press and hold both the power button and the volume down button until you see the Apple logo.
- Clear Microsoft To Do storage data:
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Scroll down and tap on "General".
- Tap on "iPad Storage".
- Find and tap on "Microsoft To Do" in the list of apps.
- Tap on "Delete App" to remove the app and its data from your iPad.
- Deleting the app will remove both the app and its data from your iPad. Make sure to create necessary backup.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app:
- To do this, tap and hold on the app icon until it jiggles, then tap Remove App and confirm. Then go to the App Store and search for MS To Do and tap the cloud icon to download it again.
- Check for software updates on your iPad.
- To do this, go to Settings > General > Software Update and see if there is any available update. If there is, tap Download and Install.
- Change default web browser:
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Scroll down and tap on the browser app you want to set as the default.
- Tap on "Default Browser App."
- Select the browser app you want to set as the default.
