Hi Claus,

If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA

Hi, my account has been hacked and I have managed to get microsoft to recover it but the hacker has enabled authenticator app and I cannot remove his backup email address.

What can I do about this?
