If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA

Hola, mi cuenta fue hackeada y me desvincularon mi correo electronico, lo unico que recuerdo el el nombre de skype pero llene un informe para recuperarla y me la bloquearon temporalmente y no se que hacer. Realice compras en la cuenta, tengo el codigo y los ultimos 4 numeros de la tarjeta con la que compre el producto .Al llenar el informe para recuperarla me dice que no tiene suficientes datos.Alguien podria ayudarme?

Bonjour,

Une de mes adresses email hotmail.fr a été piratée car je ne reconnais pas l'adresse de récupération. Même en entrant les informations demandées, le système automatisé de récupération des comptes me refuse mes accès.

Comment contacter un humain chez Microsoft pour récupérer mon compte svp ?
