If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA
If you cannot login I would recommend using the account recovery form:

I got a notice,that my account has been hacked from Marokko area.
What should I do to safe my datas?
I have changed my password since hacking.
Is it enough or I have to do others?

Can you please help me. My account was hacked and the hacker has locked me out of my account. Account recovery does not work. I need Microsoft to give me back control of my outlook account
